• Project Name: MaMoni-HSS( Health System Strengthening)
• Provide technical inputs and supports to Program development including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting, evaluation and review or re-planning.
• Counsel and provide Health, Nutrition and Family Planning services.
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care, safe delivery and refer complicated cases to the nearest health facilities centre or designated referral center
• Provide emergency referral support to the pregnant women and new born child.
• Establish relation with personnel from NGO Clinic, private sector and Health & Family Planning department officials & staffs of GOB
• Support the FWC( Family Welfare Center) & CC(Community Clinic) service and other staff to carry out their duties and responsibilities and supply necessary information and data as and when necessary
• Facilitate health education and other motivational seminars at assigned area; conduct health and nutrition education session
• Evaluate the overall performance, achievements and quality of programs and projects.
• Overseeing relevant budget management, procurement process and contribute to policy work.
• Provide and ensure technical inputs to prepare analytic reports, documents, write-ups, modules and materials both in English and Bangla and preserve overall program related documents.

• Organize regular Program Management & Admin related meeting and contribute to training/workshop/seminars.
