Amrai Pari Paribarik Nirjaton Protirodh Jot, Bangladesh implements the WE CAN Campaign since 2004. In Bangladesh around 500 organizations and more than one million individual women, men and young are involved with this campaign and managed by WE CAN Alliance and its National Secretariat. Amrai Pari is going to implement a project “SHOKHI” funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN). Job Description / Responsibility
  • Designing a training plan and facilitating the awareness session/training session.
  • Design and develop the training / orientation module
  • Design and develop local level social awareness raising intervention,
  • Explore innovative local level initiatives to bring further reinforcement in the local level campaign.
  • Plan, organize and conduct communication and social awareness capacity building programs for staff, partner and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct local level activities such as organizing local level campaign, conducting orientation for the local level stakeholders.
  • Monitoring local level awareness raising activities implemented and supported by the organization.
  • Prepare the session plan, modules, manual and materials and responsible for collected the pictorial materials needed in the awareness/training sessions.
  • Develop training report and dissemination to relevant stakeholders.

OUR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE POLICY: YOU NEED TO KNOW
i. Management Trainees (MT) are the first leg of the Executive’s Job in ‘Core Banking Cadre (CBC)’ who will receive opportunity to move to the Senior Management levels with the gaining of experience in banking and professional competence over the years.
