Job Description / Responsibility
- To perform the company’s works with the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission; the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.; the Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd.; the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Bangladesh; the Central Depository of Bangladesh Ltd. and other related organization/body, as required.
- To maintain the Share Register/the Dividend Register and other relevant records of the Department.
- To prepare various reports/minutes etc.
- To deal with the company’s documents and records.
