Own Village Advancement (OVA) is a non-profit development organization founded in December 22, 1981 vide Registration 192/85 with NGOAB. It has recently been awarded a 3-years project titled “Developing Aspiration and Livelihood for Adolescents (DALA)” from Plan International Bangladesh, an International NGO working in Bangladesh. Job Description / Responsibility:

The incumbent will be overall responsible for proper planning and implementation of the project. Oversee administrative and financial management of the project, Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation with necessary documentation, Prepare qualitative progress report both in Bengali and English.  Maintain effective communication, networking and advocacy with GO and NGOs.

Educational Requirements:

Masters in any discipline from reputed educational institute

Experience Requirements:

07 years job experiences of which at least 4 years in human rights or child rights projects.

Additional Job Requirements:

The person shall have ability to drive motorbike with a valid license, literacy in computer operation (such as MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.) both in Bengali and English and be experienced in organizing and facilitating workshop, seminar etc.

Salary Range:

Tk. 32,000.00 (Gross) per month.
