Own Village Advancement (OVA) is a non-profit development organization founded in December 22, 1981 vide Registration 192/85 with NGOAB. It has recently been awarded a 3-years project titled “Developing Aspiration and Livelihood for Adolescents (DALA)” from Plan International Bangladesh, an International NGO working in Bangladesh. OVA is inviting eligible applicants to apply for the following vacant positions in DALA Project:

Job Description / Responsibility:

The incumbent will be responsible to organize and implementation of project activities, meeting, workshop, linkage and networking with respective line department etc. in the field level. The person should have ability to field supervision and monitoring qualitative report writing. Willing to extensive field visit to the rural project locations.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

2 to 4 years on human rights and child rights related working experiences.

Additional Job Requirements:

Report writing experiences both in Bengali and English. Should have experience on facilitation skill. Working experience on adolescent development through life skills would be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

Tk. 16,000.00 (Gross) per month.
