Name of Position: Program Manager

 Educational Qualification:  Masters or Post Graduate degree in any discipline from any reputed University/Institution (Educational Qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced and dedicated candidate)

 Professional Experience:  At least 5 (Five) years experience in Livelihood Development and Women Empowerment for the marginalized people Program. Should have experienced to operate and supervise minimum 10 Branch Offices. Good managerial skill is required for monitoring and supervision of Micro Finance program as well as other development programs.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Program Manager will independently operate Micro Finance as well as other development programs ensuring standard quality through planning, monitoring, supervision and having sound technical knowledge and guidance.
• Analyze performance and provide feedback to the field staff.
• Business plan development especially for Micro Finance program.
• Report writing, planning and implementation of activities.
• Supervise at least 150 staff.

Core Competencies: 

·         Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines, willing to travel for extensively field visit within the CTS operational area and beyond.

·         Must have the mentality to work with poor and hardcore poor people and willingness to living in rural remote areas.

·         Good analytical skill and leadership.

·         Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bangla.

        ●    should have adequate skill in MS Office- Word, Excel and Power Point

·         Should have skill to Communicate with donors and other Stakeholders.

·         Willing to drive motor cycle and have valid driving License.

Job Location: Dinajpur District.

              

 Salary:  20,448 and other admissible benefits (Contributory Provident Fund, Two Festival Bonuses, Mobile Phone Allowance, Hardship Allowance etc) as per Organization Policy.
