Responsibility For The position

1. Maintain liaison between management and employees for cooperative relationship.
2. Handle grievance issues on regular basis and follow-up accordingly.
3. Resolve disagreements between employees and management.
4. Negotiation between owner and employees regarding wages and employment terms and conditions.
5. Promote relationship between owner and employees.
6. Encourage workers to participate in WPC.
7. Monitor and ensure different facilities and benefits of workers and counsel them accordingly.
8. Develop the working standards as well as lifestyles of workers; remain aware and recommend for workers` welfare issues.
9. Orientation to new employees, motivate them to develop their education level as well as technical training.
10. Manage Employee relations.
11. Conduct worker awareness issues.
12. Manage Workers’ Participatory Committee and its meetings.
13. Ensure maternity issues as local laws requires for.
14. Maintain respective documents as required.
15. Ensure workers’ welfare issues as directed by respective reporting personnel.
