OUR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE POLICY: YOU NEED TO KNOW

i.	Management Trainees (MT) are the first leg of the Executive’s Job in ‘Core Banking Cadre (CBC)’ who will receive opportunity to move to the Senior Management levels with the gaining of experience in banking and professional competence over the years. They will also have the opportunity to move to different business lines within the bank.
ii.	We define MT as a high potential fresh graduate who usually is a quick learners and intellectually rigorous with the capability to meet targets & produce results and demonstrate leadership behavior to succeed in future leadership positions.
iii.	Management Trainees will pass through a planned traineeship period for 02 (two) years from the date of entry. Accounts Officer: Khan Bahadur Group

Khan Bahadur Group was originally established in 1935 by the late & great Khan Bahadur Badi Ahmed Chowdhury. He cultivated shrimp and salt in his own 25,000 acre land, and today it goes by the name "Rahima Agro." Today, partnering with local farmers, the product are sold in the domestic market.
