Job Description / Responsibility

• Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
• Monitoring market activities.
• Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
• Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
• Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
• Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
• Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
• Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
• Manage the whole sales team
• Market Survey and Product Branding or launch Promotional Activity.
• Collaborates with the Sales Manager of respective territory in achieving the goals and targets entrusted on him
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area and/or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet target
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity
• Maintains effective relationship with the channel members like dealers/distributors, wholesalers and retailers
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff

Educational Requirements

Masters/ MBA from any recognized University

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tyre Marketing

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 32 year(s) and over
• Excellent communication skill, good command on English both written & oral, Very good computer skills.
