To support our continuous growth, we are looking for result oriented individuals in our existing team for the following position:
Position: Human Resources Officer/Executive

Job Location: Corporate Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka
Position Summary:Reporting to the Head of HR, The incumbent will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining effective compensation, incentive, employee relation policies and procedure consistent with the company guideline.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer Payroll for management, non-management and contractual employees and ensure compliance of Tax law.
  • Monitor the employees benefits schemes, gratuity, provident fund, group life insurance, etc
  • Ensure company compliance with labor law and local legislations, including reporting requirement.
  • Maintain HRIS and provide reports to the management.
  • Assist in job evaluation process and prepare salary structure as per job grade.
  • Conduct regular compensation survey, with local  & international firms, to benchmark with the market
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • BBA or Graduate with accounting background.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in dealing with compensation MNCs or reputed local firms.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Strong analytical ability and able to think out of the box.
  • Good command over English & MS Office specially in advanced MS Excel is critical.
  • Proactive and a good communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good team player with “can do” attitude.
