Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed organization involved in the Sales, Marketing and Production of health care products and implementation of social programs wishes to recruit the following professional. The company seeks outstanding candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization’s goal.

POSITION TITLE : MANAGER, RESEARCH, MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Key Responsibilities

• Senior level position that will head the research unit of the company.
• Identify research needs and monitoring and evaluation requirements in consultation with program, marketing and sales managers and implement a plan of action to meet those needs and requirements.  
• Write Request for Proposals (RFPs) for external research; develop criteria for proposal evaluation; participate in the evaluation process; facilitate management to award the task to the selected agency and closely work with them in every critical steps to ensure the quality standard of the research studies.
• Collaborate with research agencies, NGOs, government officials on monitoring and evaluation and other program related issues.
• Supervise a team of professionals who work in research, monitoring and evaluation unit of the company.
• Support program managers to make informed decisions, monitor results and provide feedback for improvement.
• Write reports, article for publications and make presentation to both internal & external audience.

Qualification and experience

• Masters in Social Science. MBA/ MPH will get preference.    
• At least 10 (Ten) years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and research with strong understanding of research methodology, questionnaire development and analysis of date. Experience in developing research protocols and evaluation of proposals.    
• Between 35 - 45 years of age. 
• Excellent speaking & writing skills especially in English.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills both in English and Bangla.
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS office application and statistical package.
