SAINT-Bangladesh is a Regional based  NGO going to implement 3 years project on Good Governance and Human Rights funded by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF). SAINT-Bangladesh is seeking application from the appropriate Only Female candidate who have the nationality of Bangladesh and has a mental preparation to work with the extreme poor.

Name of the post: Monitoring and Documentation Officer

Job Description / Responsibility
·          She will be responsible for overall monitoring of the project activities outlined in the combined work plan, developing the monitoring framework of the project including designing and developing the tools to manage and monitor the project activities implemented by the project team.
·          Develop comprehensive monitoring plan of the project and be responsible to monitor the inputs, process, outputs and quality assurance across the project/programme and will work closely with the project team.
·          She will also conduct required needs assessment, survey, evaluation & related research as required.
·          She will be responsible for managing and maintaining MIS and will do the record keeping as well as reporting with the inputs form the donor.
·          She will provide support to enhance capacity of Field Facilitator for monitoring of the program activities and quality improvement, reporting and documentation as a continuous process.
·          Develop comprehensive monitoring plan for the total project cycle in accordance to the project proposal rational.
·          Prepare monitoring and follow up reports based on donor’s guidelines.
·          Coordinate overall monitoring and MIS mechanism to be functional and Productive across the layers.

At Least Graduate but Masters will be preferred

Minimum 03 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
·       At least 03 years experience  in project monitoring/MIS or equivalent position. Working experience with Extreme Poor/hardcore poor will be preferred.
·       Sound knowledge on Good Governance and Social Development issues.
·       Proven analytical abilities, good documentation and reporting skills;
·       Able, willing and committed to work with people of different backgrounds;
·       Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
·       Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
·       Willing to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license.
·       Willingness to travel regularly at field/ remote areas;

Salary Range
TK. 18,500
(Annual Increment, Festival Bonus, Mobile & Travelling allowance  and other benefits will be given as project provision)
