Position 1: Supervisor Fire Fighting/ Fire
Alarm.
Education Qualification: 3
years Diploma
Essential Experience: ITI with long work experience
Additional Qualifications Fire Fighting: Specialization in sprinkler system, Wet Riser
System , FM 200 System, Pre-action & Foam System, Deluge System & Pump
room installation. Candidate must be familiar with NFPA
standards
Additional Qualifications Fire Alarm: Providing electrical services with specific responsibility for
installing, repairing and/or replacing fire alarm systems and related
equipment; maintaining a regular inspection schedule; documenting activities;
assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are
available as needed. Candidate must be familiar with NFPA standards
Position 2: Safety
Officer.
Education Qualification: 03 Years
Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor Degree in
Science
Essential Experience: 01 Years
Diploma in Industrial Safety/ Fire Safety.
Additional Qualifications:
Should
have IOSH or OSHA Certification, Experience in Construction Field, Good
communication skill in English, Computer Knowledge
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the Safety Standards and Policy of the company at work site.
- Ensure the local rules and regulations are following.
- Liaise with Project/Site Engineer/Supervisor for day-to-day HSE related activities at site.
- Frequent site safety walks/inspections.
- Co-ordination with site in charges for deployment of safety equipments/materials at site.
- Ensuring that fire and safety equipments are provided and maintained.
- Responsible for ensuring pre-job meeting (with Site Engineer/supervisor) has conducted.
- Ensuring the competency of the equipments/machineries and operators working at site.
- Maintaining all site safety records including induction training, TBT, HSE training, Site inspections, audits etc.
- Responsible for stoppage of activity in case of any unsafe condition/act and report the same to HSE Dept. & site in charge without any fail.
- Accident/incident reporting and co-operate with the investigation team.
- Participate in the Safety Meetings.
- Physically fit, no color blindness.
3.
Position: HVAC Service Engineer
(Maintenance)
Education Qualification: BSC in Mechanical
Engineering
Essential Experience:
1. Minimum
of 7 years job related experience; a good knowledge of the Maintenances and
operating functions
2.
Experience of maintaining HVAC units.
3. Experience
of maintaining Variable Refrigeration Volume systems
4.
Knowledge of electrical services
5. Fault
finding on Control circuits
6.
Knowledge of lone working requirements
