People’s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is a national level
Development Organization & vision to working to build a prudent nation that
free from hunger and poverty where every citizen will lead a life with dignity
and equity. Presently it has working relationship and development partnership
with more than 40 diversified donor and MFI agencies of Internationa1,
National, Regional and Government status and is implementing various projects
and programs in 113 upazelas of 19 districts on Social Empowerment and Economic
Empowerment aspects. POPI invites applications from the experienced

Job Summary:
Program Manager is the key person
of the program. S/he will responsible for planning and overall implementation
of the project at all levels including different Government and non-Government
organizations. S/He will be responsible for guiding the team and facilitation
of planned activities to be accomplished. S/he will be responsible for
preparing budget and taking lead to control all resources under his/her
jurisdiction following organization’s policy and procedures.
Educational Requirements: Masters
or a Post Graduate degree, preferably in Social Science (or relevant field)
Additional Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years practical experiences and 5 years’ managerial experience having strong commitment work with poor people at the grass root level.
- Experience of working on Rights Based Approaches (RBA), community mobilization, donor management, budget management, value chain development and staff management.
- Clear understanding about Result Based Management (RBM) Skill to speak and report writing in English.
- Computer skill on MS office based programmes is required.
