DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Employment Type:  Contractual

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for making direct calls/visits to valued customer for selling Loans, Credit Cards, Deposits, Accounts etc. through building up a long term relationship with them.
• Achieve monthly sales target of various kinds of Retail & SME Products and product mixes.
• Maintain relationships and represent the Bank with clients to ensure continuation of the business relationship.
• Work as part of the larger sales teams in order to identify prospects existing with the clients and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline from reputed university.  At least 2 (two) first division required in all examinations.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age below or equal to 30 year(s).
• Sales experience will be preferred.
• Willing to work outside of the 'traditional' office environment
• Sincere, hard working, reliable, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Smart, good oral and written communication skills.

Starting Salary: TK 8,000
