CAREER OPPORTUNITY The Embassy of the United States of America is seeking an individual for the position of Voucher Examiner for its Financial Management Center (FMC). The incumbent examine and process a variety of complex non-cashier and cashier vouchers. Examines adequacy of data with accompanying supporting document and ensures final certification without the assistance but subject to spot-check by the supervisor. Prepare Journal Vouchers and SF-1080 for vouchers originating within State and other agencies. Work as a Financial Management Assistant to help Class-B Cashier to clear out processed transactions from WINACS system. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration is required. (You must attach a copy of your bachelor’s degree certificate along with your application form.) Level III (Good Working Knowledge) English & Bangla speaking/reading is required.  English language proficiency will be tested. Minimum two years of general clerical experience including data input is required. Good working knowledge in voucher examining is required, particularly concerning computer data input, record keeping and file maintenance is required. Comprehensive knowledge of computer programs and system (MS Word, EXCEL, Outlook, etc.) various codes related data input, processes procedures. Must be able to perform duties efficiently and accurately in a high pressure environment.
