Associate Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer, Remittance and Payroll
(Job Grade : Principal Officer/Senior Officer/Officer Grade-II)

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure delivery of annual business and financial goals and targets
• Manage and drive sales team to attain business objectives
• Represent the Bank to key customers and other stakeholders
• Create an environment where the channel will operate effectively as a team demonstrating the values of the Bank
• Ensure services for delightful customer experience

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Should have at least 3 years experience in sales role or in banking sector
• Should be a Graduate, preferably in Business Studies

OTHER REQUIREMENT

• Ability to work in a team, good communication & presentation skills
• Have good command in English and Bangla
• Good knowledge on local banking laws, regulations, and Negotiable Instrument Act
• Basic Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation)
• Creative in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
• Proactive to achieve set targets and service standards

Age:  Maximum 30 years (can be relaxed for experienced candidates)
