Associate Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer, Remittance and Payroll
(Job Grade : Principal Officer/Senior Officer/Officer Grade-II)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure delivery of annual business and financial goals and targets
- Manage and drive sales team to attain business objectives
- Represent the Bank to key customers and other stakeholders
- Create an environment where the channel will operate effectively as a team demonstrating the values of the Bank
- Ensure services for delightful customer experience
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- Should have at least 3 years experience in sales role or in banking sector
- Should be a Graduate, preferably in Business Studies
OTHER REQUIREMENT
- Ability to work in a team, good communication & presentation skills
- Have good command in English and Bangla
- Good knowledge on local banking laws, regulations, and Negotiable Instrument Act
- Basic Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation)
- Creative in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
- Proactive to achieve set targets and service standards
Age: Maximum 30 years (can be relaxed for experienced candidates)
